The tag features a medical symbol to clearly indicate the presence of a medical condition, & can be personalized with the individual's medical information or allergies, as well as their name & contact number (optional). The tag is available in two different sizes: 2 x 2 x .125 inches. The information on the tag is engraved in all caps, similar to the photo provided. When ordering, customers can choose from a variety of acrylic colors (Neon Green, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, & Neon Yellow.) as well as the type of hanger. They can also specify the medical/allergy condition they want printed on the tag, & add a name and/or number as an option. The text size will vary depending on the length of the text. A proof may be requested. To order, please choose wire length 4 inches or 6 inches long (4 inch is shown in photos) or the plastic 6 inches long loop.
