This box comes with hinged lid, with optional 8" to 9" Slot for cards (please leave in personalization if you would like a slot, 8" to 9" depends on size of box ordered) decorative hasp, optional lockable hasp lock & key can be added, see link below. Your Card Box is laser engraved so the natural wood shows through, the darker the stain the more contrast there will be. This Church Prayer box is stained the color of your choice & then laser engraved with the Tree of Life design & your personal saying below. We use various white woods in the construction of the box so the stain may look slightly different when applied to your box. The wood grain, type & density of each piece of wood will also make the stain colors vary. Because of the handmade nature they may have small imperfections.
