Wall Arts Wall Decor Types: Canvas Poster: I print the design on cotton canvas but not frame it, so you will receive like a poster & it is not ready to hang. If you put it in frame or use as poster you will receive the right size because I will ship the same size you ordered BUT if you want to stretch on wood frame please remind me on order I will make extra 2-3 cm wider on all sides to protect the design after you stretch. Gallery Wrapped: I print the design on cotton canvas & stretch on wood so you will receive it ready to hang. Framed Wall Art: I put extra frame on Gallery Wrapped & it looks really good, basically it is a colorful Framed Gallery Wrapped. I have Black, White, Gold, Natural color frames & if you like another color I can make special color frame for you. Glass Art: I print the design on tempered glass, it is ready to hang too. There is no Colorful Frame option for Glass Arts but if you like framed Glass Art please message me & I will let you know the details. Shipping & Packing: I use the fastest delivery company to deliver the package very soon & I ship the orders via Fedex, DHL Express or UPS & if it is important for you which company deliver the package, please remind me on order I will use that company to ship your order. I pack & ship the orders in 2 days, for Glass Art & Colorful Framed Wall art needs 1-2 more days to ship. I use good packing material & it is nearly impossible to damage while you receive it. Shipping take 2-5 business days & if package seems delivered but you didn't receive or wait long time in same place or damaged you received, please contact me & I will open case the delivery company & solve the problem. Listing Photos: All of my handmade wall art has its own real photo so you can be sure you will receive the same item as you can see but I have many different sizes & type so that if you want to see the photo & video of any size & type, please feel free to contact to me. IMPORTANT: If you receive the package damaged please took photos that shows the damage clearly, inner & outer material that used to protect the art & photo of the label on package. I will open case after receive the photos & ship replacement in a week after the case decided. It could take a little more depends on the case.
