Upon checkout, you can choose your style. I have four style caps: 1. surgical style - traditional close fit cap for men or women with very short hair. Surgery style hats are about 23" around. Please request an XL by message or in the order notes if head is larger around. 2. surgical style/women - covers ears & more room for hair 3. euro style - toggle closure in back with room for lots of hair. Adjustable around head with the toggle. 4. ponytail style - adjustable & fits snugly with ribbon that secures ponytail. Created from soft 100% cotton feels awesome next to your skin.
