Envelope crinkled corners & wrinkles most noticeable along the top half of the envelope - does not look & feel as crisp as when new. There is a small tear along the lower edge about an inch long & some small micro tears along the sides. Preowned. Pattern never used, factory folds ff, never cut, printed, original - the condition of the envelope does not affect the pattern itself The pattern will be stored & shipped in a plastic sleeve.
