Marquette Collegea Jesuit research university established in 1887 transitioned to university status in 1907. That helps us to date this as the letters MU appear on the stage curtain. We will place this in the early 20th century based on the uniforms. They are quite surprising as they appear to be a shiny satin & the men wear berets. The members, all men, hold their instruments which include clarinets, tubas, saxophones. The back is stamped Photographic Companythe finest, fastest service in Milwaukee.
