Octagonal stoneware bottle by Knabstrup, Denmark. Gray & textured dark blue brown glaze. Knabstrup hallmark & original label on the bottom. Excellent condition. Height: 6.7 inches (17 cm). Width: 4 inches (10.5 cm) in 1907 the Knabstrup brickwork was extended with a pottery factory producing flower pots, which eventually proceeded to the more decorative. Later on the company became the largest with numerous associated artists creating the foundation for the expansion. One of the artists was Bjørn Wiinblad.
