This is a really lovely hand-made split wood / wood slat wine basket. It has a rectangular base & an oval rim. It has a bent wood loop handle in the center. Inside the basket is a woven, delicate divider section. Both sides of the basket have a diamond shaped area that have faded red highlights. The basket is signed by first name only, with a date of 1995. The bottle holders each fit a standard sized wine bottle. I like to fill these baskets with vases of flowers or wine for display.
