I have this wonderful vintage waffle maker/waffle iron by Universal.. Please look at all the pics.. Even though it does work well.. there is a safety issue with the plug.. I plugged it in to test it & didn't get any sparks or anything, & the waffle iron does get pretty hot, but that is how it did it back in the day.. I didn't make any waffles with it, but waffles are something you want to watch ( so they don't burn) anyway... Happy Waffle Making..
