This is a wonderful 40s/50s pink lace wiggle dress. The dress has a scooped neckline with short cuffed sleeves. The dress has an attached satin pleated belt that cinches in the waist & has a fun little tail hanging just off the left. The skirt falls just below the knees & is a straight silhouette. The dress has a side metal zip & the belt fastens with hooks & eyes in the center back. Condition: The dress is in great condition with the only thing to note is that there are two spots where someone has written numbers on the dress in sharpy. One is at the back of the neck & does not show through to the other side. The other one is on the side of the belt & again does not show through to the outside. My guess is that it was used in a theater production. The dress has been professionally hand laundered & is ready to wear. Please check the measurements closely for determining fit. I do not give sizes for vintage items as women's sizes are not standardized & a majority of these dresses were homemade or specialty-made to fit one person.
