This Parker Brothers Monopoly board game is from 1961 & is in good shape for being over 60 years old! There were three houses & the Pennsylvania property card missing. We printed a new card & houses. The card therefore looks newer than the rest but is correct & of proper cardstock. The houses are a different green but the correct shape & size. There is s stain on the Reading Railroad card & some staining on the board. The pieces, cards & money are all in great shape with no tears. The box is pretty worn but is still sturdy. Instructions are included. See pictures. The items in our shop are vintage, NOT new. Rarely are our items in "like new" condition.
