Now click the image icon (looks like mountains on it) Attach your photos. Photos should be portrait orientation. in the subject line, include your name and/or order number Important! If you would prefer to text a message from your phone, or send an email with the photos, just send me an Etsy message & I will reply with my cell or email address. However, please try Etsy's messaging system first as it's really simple! No need to worry if you have difficulty attaching photos. If I don't hear from you shortly after you order, I will message you about the photos, so it's VERY important that you use an email address that you frequently check when you place your order. We don't use plastic lanterns. We don't use any vinyl. All lettering is printed on vellum, or directly on the glass using a state-of-the-art printing process. All materials used are archival quality & acid-free. The vellum is not glued to the lantern so you can easily change the photos or quotes in the future. Our vellum is covered by an additional clear protective layer so the lantern doesn't appear to just be covered in paper. It is an extra step, but results in a much more polished & professional appearance. We include not only a real wax LED candle, but the batteries too! Your gift recipient doesn't need to hunt around for batteries before using the lantern. It is fully assembled & ready for use right out of the box. TIPS Portrait orientation photos are best. If the photos are landscape, then a border must be used on the top & bottom of the photo. This is likely not the look you were trying to achieve.
