Stitcher's Retreat House is stitched on 36 count Vintage Country Mocha by Zweigart in all DMC threads. Stitch count 133 x 136 This item will be released during Nashville Needlework Market on March 3rd, 2023. Patterns released during Market will not begin shipping until we return to the shop March 7th. Refunds for cancellations will only be refunded in store credit. New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked. -Fabric will be dyed to order & time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 4-12 weeks. -Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month. -Should you want to cancel your Preorder items or Special Order items, you will only be refunded in store credit. -If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method & contact you for alternatives. -Preorder & Special order items are NOT in STOCK & will ship within 2 business days of arrival. If you order these items & other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock.
