The tin litho toy "Grand-Pa Car" is from Rosko made in Japan circa 1960s. It was battery operated with the front axle & tires made to make the car wobble when it moved. This measures approximately 9" in length x 5 1/4" in height x 4 1/2" in width. It's missing a headlight & there is some rust. It shows its wear as it was played with as shown in the photos.
