I was recently commissioned to build this butcher block table top to fit perfect in the clients space as he wanted a multipurpose space to prepare food & eat. We went with the brick wall staggered blocks look as that was his chosen aesthetic - we can design & personalize your pattern of choice. The tables are glue securely together providing maximum durability & strength. Food safe mineral oil is saturated into the wood fibers & then finished with a bee's wax.
