One thing you can say about Boy Scouts, they always have clothes that are stylish & made to last forever. This vintage 1960s shirt-jac is a great example of that. It is made of red wool, with a fabulous black bull with white horns & the number 48 on the left chest. On each side of the front there are flap pockets & each buttons down with 2 buttons. Under the pocket on the right is a Boy Scout patch that says, Philmont Training Center Cimarron N.M. There is a 5 button front & all the buttons are there! Each sleeve buttons with one button & they are there too. There are a few tiny little spots on the lower back, & the back of one sleeve. There are also 2 small spots between the first & second button. There are pictures for you. The tag in the back says Boy Scouts of America, a picture of the Scout Seal & Official Jacket, a smaller tag says 42, & another small tag that says 553. Measurements for this vintage 1960s Boy Scout shirt-jac are: The sleeves are 25" long. From top of neck to the bottom front is 27.5" long. Chest is 42" wide. Free Shipping in the Continental USA.
