This exquisitely handcrafted batik is from the beautiful island of Bali, reflecting the island's tapestry of color & texture. Artisans use a meticulous time-honored process to produce the batiks by applying intricate stenciling to the cotton fabric. It is then treated with layers of dye & wax for masking innovative designs as well as traditional patterns. The beauty of hand-dyed batiks is that every fabric will vary from one another making each one unique & one of a kind. 100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold, no chlorine bleach, tumble dry low. ALL MULTIPLE LENGTH PURCHASES WILL BE CUT in CONTINUOUS LENGTH PIECES DIRECT FROM THE BOLT UNLESS YOU REQUEST OTHERWISE! Fabric cut sizes are approximate as the width of cotton fabrics can vary between 43 & 45 inches. Most fabric is cut with a rotary cutter on a ruled mat to provide you with the straightest cuts possible. Shipping is via 1st Class Mail for up to 16 oz. (usually about 2-1/2 yards). Orders over 16 oz. ship via Priority Flat Rate mail. We use calculated shipping based on weight, & offer "FREE" domestic Priority Mail shipping on larger orders.
