I'm pleased to offer this incredibly gorgeous & durable step stool made of solid hardwood.... the top being American Black Walnut & the body crafted of strong White Oak. The Stool size & strength is versatile, ideal for Adults or Children in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or any other room where you might need to step up to reach something or have a convenient place to sit for a short while. My wife & I use one all around the house, from kids' baths & their brushing teeth to reaching the top pantry shelf for a refill bottle of Olive Oil. The uses are endless! I strive to create heirloom pieces, & this Stool will easily become an enjoyable part of your daily life around the home....and when it's time to pass it on to the next generation, it'll look even better than the day you received it, thanks to the wood's natural aging process! Finish: Artisan Hard Wax Polish Applied by Hand If you are seeking stained or a wooden item that is overly shiny in nature from high use of synthetic finishes (I lovingly refer to it as the 'plastic feel'), then this is not the item for you. Our artisan hard wax provides a soft satin luster & richness of color while enhancing the wood grain. You may contact me to receive quotes using other species of woods, however I only work with natural, solid hardwoods rather than plywood or machine engineered types of wood products. Please feel completely assured nothing leaves my workshop without meeting my highest tolerance & expectation of quality, in every sense of the word. in that regard, I'm my own toughest critic.
