Each bowl includes a metal bowl insert with rubber stoppers secured to keep the bowl from shifting around & making noise! The bottom of the bowl also has rubber feet so the bowl stays put in one place! The metal bowl is easily removed when you need to give it a quick clean! IMPORTANT: Do not put food or water directly in the concrete bowl. For your pet's health & safety, ALWAYS use the included metal bowl.
