Cancelations of your order must be made by midnight on the Sunday before your item is scheduled to ship. Cancelation requests after that will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Returns/Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Plants can occasionally have damage upon arrival. Cosmetic damage will not be considered a reason for replacement or discount.
