@@ One size fits most women. It has elastic & a tie on the back to allow for a good fit for someone with long hair. The cap is made of cotton fabric & might shrink a little after the first wash. Please machine wash it on cool for best color retention, & tumble dry on low. I have completed many scrub caps in this style using a variety of fun printed fabrics. If you would like any another fabrics, old style skull scrub cap or size change, please feel free to ask me to create a custom cap for you (BEFORE you click purchase)! If I can find the pattern you are looking for locally, I will make one just for you (custom order I can make either old style 'skull scrub cap' or this, my original design women's hair wrap. I do not make Bouffant hat or Ponytail scrub hat (but you can find many other talented Etsy shops that do). My best interest is every customer to see exact product that they'll purchase.
