If you are ordering a custom decal & do not write the font you would like or are missing details that we require. We will send you a message asking for the missing information & we will need to increase the ship-by date of your decal. Once you respond, we will add your decal back into the queue of orders to ship. This can mean a longer delivery time.-5.) All decals under 13" are shipped via a stamped envelope & tracked with Letter Track.
