Once we receive the gemstones from the cutters, we order custom made earring, pendants & ring settings, to fit the gems. Once received, we carefully fit the gemstones, buff the silver or gold setting & run thru an ultrasonic cleaner to remove any waxy residue from the buffing process. Then we photograph & list our custom creation on our store. Since each piece is handmade, there may be minor imperfections & mostly only seen under magnification. Beware of cheap priced gemstones from foreign sellers like India & China, 99% of those gems are fake. If you already have one, stop by a jeweler to have it tested, You want to make sure it's not glass.
