Sizes may differ for different brands. -Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding questions about the items (sizes, shirt colors, design font colors, etc.) -Please note that we are using various brands. Such as Circle, Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Gildan Softstyle, Smart, Next Level, & Rustic United. Some of these brands has equal qualities to each other. Due to stock shortage, we are using different brands to not keep any orders back! -We will have to charge more for sweatshirts & hoodies if you request another brand such as Bella Canvas. You can always contact us for questions. -If you have any questions or preference on the type of brand, please do not hesitate to contact us & note your request when ordering. -FOR THE TSHIRTS: The heather colors are mix of both cotton & polyester, the regular colors are 100% cotton but may differ for different colors. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding this matter before ordering! -FOR THE SWEATSHIRTS & HOODIES: The material is a mix of both cotton & polyester for all colors. - HOW TO ORDER? - 1. Don't forget to submit your personalization. - PROCESSING TIME - We are so excited to offer to you expedited processing on all our orders, which may take anywhere from 1 - 2 business days. - NExT DAY SHIPPING - Please be aware that the "ship date" DOES NOT mean the actual "delivery date." SHIPPING DATE: When your package leaves our studio. DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives at you. - ARRIVAL DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days. - INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days. Therefore, it generally takes 5- 7 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order. Please be aware: the "ship by" date on your invoice DOES NOT mean the actual "delivery" date. - CARE INSTRUCTIONS Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors. - Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. - Hang-dry for longest life or tumble-dry on low. - Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design area. - Do not dry clean.
