Pattern piece H is torn (please see photo). There are tears & writing on the instructions & several pattern pieces are written on. Envelope condition: Worn vintage condition. The seams have been taped up with a variety of things over the years. I see sugar stamps, old tape & safeway tape. Description: Pattern & instructions to make: 1940's Teen-age fashion dress pattern. Bodice has extended sleeves with princess seams. Gathered skirt is attached to the slightly dropped waist. Optional ruffle around neckline & hem. This is an original sewing pattern not a reproduction or a finished garment.
