The whole banner length is 34inches with an additional piece of string on each side. The fabric is unhemmed & may tend to fray on the sides. (my opinion it creates a bit of style) HOW TO ASSEMBLE: The banner is pre-strung & ready to use. Simply tie the ends to the high chair & use small pieces of tape around banner. (Tape is not included) Occasionally a fabric/ribbon is unavailable, so it will be replaced with a similar design.
