It can be harvested after plants have reached 6 inches in height. To extend your harvest, snip the largest outer-most leaves as needed, up to a quarter or third of the plant. This will allow new growth to develop & discourage bolting. Cilantro is delicious in salsa & guacamole, in sauces, or as a topping for pretty much anything. It can also be dried out & used as a spice, commonly called coriander. Growing Instructions: Direct sow: in spring after last frost date or threat of frost has passed. Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep in rows 12in apart. Keep soil moist but not overly wet. (The surface of the soil can dry out but shouldn't dry out deeper than 1/2 inch.
