Enjoy this glowing color lithograph from of Spodumene Crystal . Spodumene is a pyroxene mineral consisting of lithium aluminium inosilicate, LiAl(SiO3)2, & is a source of lithium. It occurs as colorless to yellowish, purplish, or lilac kunzite (see below), yellowish-green or emerald-green hiddenite, prismatic crystals, often of great size. I rescued this from a fantastic antique scientific publication. This beautiful print was one of a few color plates I rescued from this periodical. The volume I found was privately published, meaning that the color plates were hand produced. This print is printed on a single page that measures 7.5 by 10.5 inches. The page is in excellent shape with only slight yellowing around the edges. It would look lovely matted & framed.
