Large art deco flambe vase designed by Gunnar Nylund (1904-1997) for Rorstrand, Sweden. Nylund worked for Rorstrand 1931-1958. A very stylish art deco vase with decoration outlined in gold. Richly marked: 3 stars ALP FLAMBE Rorstrand, factory mark, Lidkoping, Sverige, modell Nylund, decor: Olson, 4886. Exellent condition. Height: 7 inches (18 cm). Width: 7 3/4 inches (20 cm).
