This vintage coin is really cool! It was made in 1960s to celebrate the first American space flight by Alan Shepard. The coin has the Mercury rocket & the words "Mercury III, Alan B. Shepard" . The back side also says "Mercury III, Mission: Manned space flight. Rocket: Redstone, May 3rd, 1961". The coin measures 1" in diameter. These would be the perfect gift for a wedding, anniversary, birthday, Christmas or any other occasion.
