You need at least 2 feet for one necklace or 1 foot for a bracelet. Each quantity of 1 equals a foot, & we send them in one continuous strand. For example, if your ordered 5 feet, we would send you 60 inches of unfinished chain in one piece. Next, select your clasps, jump rings, crimp ends with loops, & pliers from our supplies section if you need them. When you get your package, use wire cutters to cut the chain to your desired length. Next, connect a jump ring to one end of the chain by twisting it open & closed with pliers. Lastly, attach a clasp to the other end of the chain with a jump ring.
