Mini 5" Size- Set of 10 Balloons Standard 11" size - Set of 10 Balloons Assortment- Comes with 2 of each color unless otherwise specified Garland Kit - Comes with an assortment of balloons in colors shown (5" & 11" sizes), a plastic strip for attaching balloons, glue dots, instructions & OPTIONAL manual dual air hand pump (highly recommended for inflating minis), multiple lengths available The minis are air-fill only balloons (even if inflated with helium they will not float due to their small size). Actual colors may vary due to computer monitor & phone screen settings. Sample packs are available for you to test out all colors in person. WANT A MATTE LOOK? All latex balloons go through a process call oxidation which causes them to give off a MATTE finish. To achieve this look, expose balloons to sunlight/uv rays and/or humidity to achieve this look quicker. BEST INFLATED USING A MANUAL HAND PUMP.
