This is 3 Sun Gold Amber Big Show Off Canisters by Federal Glass Co or referred to as Atterbury Canister Jars. The Big Show Off Design is scrolling "J" shapes grouped vertically. The 5" jar has rim nicks. The lids provide an airtight seal. Message the owner & the owner will cancel the sale & relist the item. Proceed thru Etsy check-out again & edit the address. The Etsy shipping confirmation email contains the package tracking number. The buyer is responsible for tracking the package & securing possession of the package at the predicted time of delivery. If the buyer is unable to be present to accept the package personally at delivery the buyer should call the shipper to arrange for a hold. What if the box is returned to sender/shop owner? First option: If the buyer wants the item, the buyer will go through Etsy check-out to purchase shipping. The cost of the listing will be $5 + the cost of the return to sender + the cost of the re-direct shipping back to buyer. Second option: The buyer can cancel & request a refund. The shop owner will refund the buyer minus $5 & minus the cost of the original shipping & minus the cost of the return to sender. Custom & personalized orders Can I combine orders? Yes, the shop can combine orders. What if the item is not as described? The shop owner discloses flaws to the best of their ability in the item description. If there are additional questions about flaws or any questions about the item description including additional measurements or pictures, the buyer can message the shop owner through Etsy messaging. What if there is a delay in shipping? There are circumstances that impact shipping & thus impact the date of shipping. Examples of those situations are availability of appropriate packaging & using an alternate qualified shipping agent such as FedEx.
