This tender remembrance locket was made in the late Victorian period & early Edwardian era, 1880's-1910's & features a classicl etched pattern with a diamond on one side & the monogram of OLC on the other. It is a fully enclosed & secure closing locket, making it a perfectly versatile piece to add to a charm collection or to wear as a pendant. The inside features two original cellophane inserts to protect photos or remembrance objects. The size is 24 by 32mm. The total weight is 4.7 grams. The base is brass with a heavy 10 karat gold plate over top. The diamond measures 2.2mm across.
