Fun vintage scarab beetle bracelet. A later Egyptian revival motif, likely made around the 1950s - 1980s or so. This has been a popular jewelry theme for over a hundred years... I've bought & sold a couple of different variations on these over the years, but I really liked the monochromatic look of this one. One usually only sees the multi-colored scarab bracelets these days & I just really liked the plain white of this one, feels a little more "current" & fresh in the monochromatic scheme. Five white scarab cabochons. They are likely stone or glass, untested. Each measures about 1 cm. No markings on the gold metal. Measures about 6 3/4" or so, hard to measure precisely because of the safety chain, doesn't lay out flat, in a straight line across my ruler. in good overall vintage condition. There is some finish, surface wear to a few of the gold links on close inspection. Uncleaned. Unpolished. Thanks for stopping by!
