It is heat resistant/ human hair blend. Heat can be used up to 400 degrees. Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached & the wig hasn't been restyled or cut. Please send me a message on Etsy with a photo to show the wig condition, & I will issue refund as soon as I receive & inspect the wig. There is 15% restocking fee on all return products. For returns, once I received the returned item(s), if the returned item(s) meet our requirements after inspection, you'll receive your refund within 3 business days minus the restocking fee.
