Description

Pineapple strawberries are small & cute, with white flesh & red seeds (which fade when dried). They taste like a mix of strawberry & pineapple, sweet with a touch of tartness. The seeds of red strawberries are slightly red, & the seeds of pineapple berries are whiter; please do not misidentify them. These seeds have been pretreated at low temperature & need not be refrigerated again. But if you are planting for the first time, it's not a bad idea to put them in the refrigerator for 15 days, which is more likely to succeed. INSTRUCTIONS 1. To accelerate germination, put them into warm water & stir them, then soak them for 2-3 hours, take them out, rinse with clean water & cover them with wet gauze or paper towel, keep the temperature between 20-25oC (68-77oF) 2. Sowing: When 60%-70% of the seeds turn white, spread them on the soil, spray some water, then cover a little soil & spray again. Do not water directly to avoid washing away the seeds; if you do not have a sprayer, you can also soak half of the pot in water until the top soil is moist 3. Keep warm & ventilated, with enough sunlight; artificial pollination is required for indoor planting. Pay attention to prevent birds from pecking when fruiting. Do not hesitate to get in touch with me for any information or suggestions, I'd love to help & share. Happy gardening! Vincent, the flower guy.
