The Districts outline is designed & cut carefully to integrate as much of the detailed borders as possible. It is then hand sanded to give it a nice rustic finish. The wood is then burned to bring out the character & grain of the wood. After that, red stripes & stars are painted & allowed to dry overnight. The coin holder rows are then attached. Medium coin holder comes with raised stars, unless requested otherwise. It holds approx. 10 Coins, depending on their size. The coin holder is approx. 15" tall. Large coin holder comes with raised stars, unless requested otherwise. It holds approx. 25 coins, depending on their size. The coin holder is approx. 23" tall. It is then protected with several layers of satin polyurethane & allowed to cure overnight. Due to this craftsmanship & the grain of each piece of wood, no two coin holder flags are the same & you will have a unique conversation piece for your home or office. Wood knots & blemishes add to the character of the flag. All coin holder flags are made of wood & have hangers installed, to make it easier for you to hang.
