Description

These striking vintage dining chairs were designed by the architect Janez Lajovic for the hotel Prisank in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, then Yugoslavia. They were manufactured by the renowned Slovenian furniture manufacturer Stol Kamnik. This version of the chair, with rounded armrests & faux-leather, was likely made in the 1960s -1970s. The frame is made out of smooth, brown wooden dowels. The seat & backrest are of a minimalist style, made in cognac coloured faux-leather, with the brushed underside exposed on the back. Interestingly, the faux-leather is secured by metal buttons on the back (see photos). These chairs have a rich history, are comfortable & visually a fitting choice for a variety of interior styles. ! Please note that the price is for ONE chair !
