Please wash the dark coloured outfits to wash out extra dye, for preventing dye transfer to your plushie. Please consider that all clothes are unique & made by order. Small changes can occur due to deficient supply stocks (like similar but not exactly the same fabric, necklace pendants or type of buttons). Delivery time may vary due to customs & buyer's domestic delivery companies. Buyers are responsible to give correct addresses & be able to take the delivery at their addresses. If buyers wrote their current address wrong or post office can not reach to the buyers at their addresses, packages return back to me. in that case I do not accept refunds.
