Flowers, stems, greenery, beads, vases, signs, candles, etc. are NOT included. Listing is for ONE mini wood house sign. Each mini sign is custom-designed, hand-stained & painted & finished. Since each sign is hand cut, crafted & then stained & painted from quality wood & paint/stain, no two signs are ever the same, & no attempt is made to hide, fill or cover all imperfections or knots. in fact, imperfections add to the vintage, chippy one-of-a-kind character & are celebrated in all their glory! Mini house signs as shown are a soft white with painted black or gray lettering (no vinyl though the letters are painted with stencils & will appear a bit raised due to the multiple coats of paint that we use for coverage/color consistency/to eliminate bleeding) with your choice of roof color, & are sealed with a clear, protective top coat.
