Material List Dress & Bloomers 3/4 yard o Top part of dress (including lining): 1/4 yard o Skirt & Bloomers: 1/2 yard Piping cord: 1 1/2 yards Hook & Loop tape, 1/2" Elastic for bloomers & headband 3/4 yd of 1/4 inch (cut 10 for waist & 5 x two for legs, 4" for headband) Zipper foot or piping foot small safety pin or loop turner Optional but recommended: 4mm Rolled Hem Foot, 9mm Flat Felled Foot, Overcast Foot Tips: Iron after each step.
