Let's start with the cost. Shipping can be expensive, but we keep our prices as low as possible. We even pay 15-20% of the shipping cost ourselves! While we can't offer free shipping for orders under $100, we promise not to charge you the full amount. But here's some sweet news: our sample sets ship for free! Go ahead & add them to your cart without any worries. Shipping is Free for Orders Over $100 Shipping is free for orders over $100, not including tax. However, please note that Etsy does not have a way for us to automatically refund shipping for orders over $100. Etsy only has it set up to refund shipping for orders over $35. If you place an order with us for over $100, we will refund you the shipping cost as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can provide us with the items you would like to order, & we can create a custom order for you at no additional cost. This will ensure that the shipping fees are not included in your order. Shipping Methods For orders of one or two items, we'll ship them via first-class mail. But if you get three or more items (excluding roller balls), we'll ship them via priority mail, which will not exceed $14.75; I will send you a shipping overage refund. & if your order is over $100 before shipping & taxes, we'll sweeten the deal with free shipping! Shipping Timeframe At Sugar Mama's, we are committed to providing you with high-quality custom-made body products that are made-to-order specifically for you. We strive to create & ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality. Our typical turnaround time for shipping is 5-7 business days. This time allows us to ensure that your products are crafted with the care & attention they deserve.
