This is a Ball Perfect Mason jar in the 1 pint size. I actually have 4 of these, & they are sold individually. You will choose by mold number, which is the number found on the bottom, that you wish to have. I have mold #2, #4 (1), #4,(2) & #6. I know the approximate date, 1910-1923, purely based on the Ball logo & basically every other jar I found in the boxes that are dated 1910 to 1933. OhRuby had these in her basement in 1985, & I even emptied a couple of something canned decades earlier.... The jar is about 5.5" tall & 2.5" opening. All of the canning jars I have listed are old & have been used. Manufacturing has come a long way since then, & some of these jars have rough edges & irregular markings. These jars are not intended to be used in canning, & I cannot guarantee their safety with changes in temperature associated with canning & the like. Please enjoy them & the Americana they represent. I use them for flowers & pencils! All the items I list are old & vintage. Most everything has been owned by OhDarlene (or another family member) so I am quite certain of its provenance.
