This listing is for one skein of hand dyed six strand DMC cotton embroidery floss. Each skein measures approximately 8m (8.7 yards). We hand dye high quality DMC cotton embroidery floss in small batches with professional dyes using the ice dye method over several hours or days, which causes the colors in each dye batch to manifest into complex hues & patterns that cannot be created in a mass production scale. Each dye batch is truly unique, & there are slight color variations throughout the skeins. Because of the handmade one-of-a-kind nature of our embroidery floss, no two skeins are exactly the same, & we fill orders for this color collection with a random skein(s).
