Anthropomorphic Dog dressed in band uniform playing drums & wearing glasses. Little Boy Band Director wearing band hat with blue plume directing the music. Saxophone & horn playing puppies are also featured. Reads "It's Top's in Music When I hear you say be my valentine today". Fair condition with some creases & bent edges.
