They are die-cut & hand packaged by me, in my own studio. Each sticker is scored on the back for easy removal from the backing! Please note the matte stickers are water resistant but not completely water proof. Waterproof stickers are tested on indoor surfaces such as water bottle. Not tested for outdoor use.
