Order is for 12(one dozen) made-to-order custom sugar cookies. Please let me know if you would like to make any changes to them( different colors, different theme, or different wording in them). All orders are made fresh to orden, I don't make cookies in advance. I start working on cookie the day prior of shipping so they be fresh. If you would like to cancel your order or make changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Advance orders are welcome! During checkout please put the date you need your order for in the "note to seller" section. Allergy Warning All our treats are made in a facility with wheat, eggs, nuts & seeds. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. NO REFUNDS/ ExCHANGES OR CREDITS We package all our products with the upmost care & material to protect them during shipping. Once the package is handle over to USPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the packages. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping.
