This is a high resolution image of a burrowing owl perched on a post. The out-of-focus lights are from a car in the background. Burrowing owls are very curious when they're young and, in this case, have no fear of people because they live in the city of Cape Coral, Florida. There, owl burrows are found in public parks & the backyards & on the lawns of private residences & public buildings. The owls love the sandy soil of the city which makes it easy to dig a burrow & the abundance of prey such has insects & rodents. All prints will be proofed & inspected by the photographer prior to shipping (which is free). I only use printing shops that I'm familiar with & trust.
