Exquisite Antique 19th Century Miniature Gilt Brass/Bronze metal Pair of Goats pulling a Cart. Wheels turn on the axle. The cart holds a beautiful Gilt Brass bound & hinged Mother of Pearl Shell Thimble Holder. The shell is in Very Good Condition! The Shell Thimble holder Measures approx. 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/4". The entire piece measures Approx. 4 1/2" x 2 1/4" Entire Piece is in Very Good Condition! Included is a 19th Century Antique Sterling Silver Thimble. Highly ornate embossed Band. The interior is marked STERLING with the Waite Thresher, Co. STAR mark. There is a rubbed 6 or 8 as well. The Waite Thresher, Co. was in Providence, R.I., established in 1884. No holes or dents & a little out of round.
